Jason Izydorczyk Osteopath

Jason Izydorczyk

Bachelor of Science (Clinical Science)

Master of Health Science (Osteopathy)

Member Australian Osteopathic Association

Jason is an Osteopath driven by a genuine desire to help people move, function and feel better. Since beginning his career in 2018, he has developed a thoughtful, integrative approach to care — one that blends hands-on treatment with meaningful conversation, clear direction and personalised rehabilitation.

In the treatment room, Jason utilises a range of techniques including soft-tissue work, joint articulation and manipulation, dry needling, cupping and strength-based rehabilitation. He works closely with each patient to understand their goals and develop a tailored plan that supports recovery, prevents reinjury and builds long-term confidence in movement.

Jason’s passion for physical performance extends beyond the clinic. He has worked with athletes across Aussie rules, basketball, CrossFit, golf and rowing. As a competitive rower himself — representing Australia at the Junior World Championships and Victoria at multiple National Championships — he brings an appreciation for discipline, resilience and the demands of sport.

His studies and clinical experiences throughout India and the UK broadened his perspective, allowing him to learn from diverse practitioners and deepen his understanding of holistic healthcare. He has also completed additional training in dry needling, joint manipulation, tendon rehabilitation and strength and conditioning.

Outside the clinic, you’ll often find Jason on the golf course, running trails or cheering for his beloved St Kilda Football Club. A devoted food enthusiast, he also dreams of a world where pierogi — traditional Polish dumplings — could be used as a form of currency.
