Meg’s journey into Osteopathy began with her own experiences of pain, dysfunction and uncertainty. She knows firsthand the value of having someone who truly listens, understands and helps create a pathway toward relief. This ability to shift a person from worry to clarity is what inspires Meg every day and continues to give her work deep purpose.
As both a practitioner and a person, Meg believes in leading by example. The longer she has been an Osteopath, the more she has recognised the importance of caring for her own health — managing her exercise load, staying active and prioritising her wellbeing. For Meg, supporting others begins with supporting herself, and she brings that same philosophy into the treatment room.
Meg is passionate about helping people move beyond discomfort and empowering them to feel stronger, freer and more capable in their bodies. She works collaboratively with patients to identify what isn’t functioning well and to discover what brings relief, confidence and direction. For her, providing someone with understanding and support is one of the most meaningful parts of being an Osteopath.
Outside of work, Meg values movement, reflection and connecting with the things that keep her grounded. She finds purpose in helping people feel better — and if she could extend that sense of ease and comfort to everyone, she would consider it a wonderful world.
